MATCHA MIX

Matcha:


  • Place a teaspoon of matcha in a cup and add some boiling water. 
  • Prepare hot water in advance, don’t use boiling water for matcha!
  • Whisk your matcha with a little water.
  • Heat 1/2 cup of milk.
  • Froth the milk (optional)
  • Add milk in a cup with matcha
  • Enjoy!

Yogurt:


  • Add greek yogurt in a bowl and mix with chia seeds
  • Add any topings, like fruits or berries.
  • Add Nuts or granola
  • Cinnamon on the top(optional)

SCRAMBLED EGGS



2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
spinach
tomatoes cherry
feta or goat cheese
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper










SMOOTHIE MANGO



coconut milk
spinach
1 mango
1 or 2 banana
1 lime
glass of ice



BLEND IT ALL

parmesan
tomatoes
spinach

garlic
green beans
greek yogurt










PIZZA


100g warm water
1 tsp yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
flour
tomato paste
parmesan
mozzarella
sausage
















mix 100ml of warm water with 1 tsp. yeast...
add 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of sugar,
2 tbsp of olive oil


mix all ingredients,
then add flour gradually


knead the dough,
put the dough in a warm place for 30 min...
Make a round base and put the tomato paste,
parmesan, mozzarella
, sausage
bake at 180°C/360°F
for 15-20 min.
