CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE



180g of cold butter
250g brown sugar
2 eggs
600g flour
1 tsp cornstarch
2/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
150g chocolate chips
150g coarsely chopped walnuts

Cold butter cut into small cubes and mix with brown sugar until creamy.

Add two eggs. One at a time, mixing well after each one.

Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Add chocolate chips and coarsely chopped walnuts.

Preheat oven to 180°C/ 360°F.
Bake for 15-20 min.
